Role
Samuel is tasked with handling legal audits for all credit appraisals. He also conducts routine reviews of all securities (bank guarantees) to ensure viability. Samuel is also responsible for the drafting (and updating) of our I.T. system policies. Samuel also handles all of our litigation matters.
Experience
Samuel previously served as a Commercial Associate at Coulson Harney, where he previously legally advised on notable transactions such as; the merger of CBA- NIC Banks as well as the merger of Quickmart-Tumiani supermarkets.
